Inside Sales Estimator
We are seeking a versatile Inside Sales Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, taking custom sign projects from the initial "How much would this cost?" all the way to "It’s ready for pickup/install." This is a fast-paced role that requires technical expertise, sales savvy, and the organizational skills of a seasoned project manager.
Sales & Estimating
Consultative Sales: Convert inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk-in) into sales by recommending the right substrates, finishes, and mounting methods.
Technical Estimating: Utilize our pricing software to create accurate quotes for wide-format print, dimensional letters, and custom fabrication.
Margin Management: Ensure projects are priced for profitability, accounting for material waste, labor hours, and any outsourced components.
Pipeline Follow-up: Maintain a high "win rate" by following up on outstanding estimates and overcoming client objections.
Workflow Coordination: Once a job is sold, you own the project. You will move it through design, production, and installation phases.
Asset Management: Ensure all "Project Essentials" are gathered immediately: high-res vector files, color specs (Pantone), and verified site dimensions.
Production Routing: Create detailed Work Orders that the shop team can follow without needing to ask for clarification.
Scheduling: Coordinate with the shop foreman to ensure small-to-medium jobs are prioritized correctly to meet client deadlines.
The "Final Check": Review completed projects against the original work order for quality and accuracy before the client is notified.
